We are very excited about new developments in Lingual braces (attached to the inside surfaces of the teeth and are thus not seen at all). Lingual orthodontics is an ideal solution for adults looking to improve the appearance and function of their teeth without the look of traditional braces. Traditional lingual braces are very uncomfortable and affect the speech, but the new InOvation L system is very small and light and is used only on the front teeth. The results are often very fast ( 2-3 months) and the treatment relatively comfortable.

Invisalign is a new and different way of straightening teeth, without using wires and brackets. A series of clear plastic, removable aligners are custom made using 3-D computer imaging. Each is worn for a period of 2 weeks and progressive movements are built into the sequence, thus straightening the teeth. The aligners are comfortable and easy to wear, and can be removed for eating and cleaning. Oral health is not compromised in any way and it is very difficult to tell you are wearing braces!

Invisalign is not suitable for everyone, and more complicated cases may need fixed braces.
